At Ultimate Weapons, every product is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Unlike mass-produced products that are pulled from a warehouse shelf, most of our weapons are built to order in our Tennessee workshop after your order is placed.
This Shipping Policy explains our production process, shipping methods, and what you can expect once you place an order.
Most Ultimate Weapons products are handcrafted to order.
Our standard production time is typically 10–14 business days, although production times may increase during tournament season, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Because each product is individually built and inspected, production time is separate from shipping transit time.
If your order includes multiple custom products, production may take longer to ensure every item meets our quality standards.
Products listed in our Vault Collection or specifically marked as Ready to Ship are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and built-to-order items, your order may ship together once all items have been completed unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Shipping options and estimated carrier transit times are displayed during checkout.
Shipping transit time begins after production has been completed, not when the order is placed.
Ultimate Weapons partners with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order as safely and efficiently as possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.
If you have an upcoming tournament, testing, demonstration, or special event, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
While we cannot guarantee rush production, we will always do our best to accommodate important deadlines whenever our production schedule allows.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Ultimate Weapons is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible before your order has shipped.
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
While Ultimate Weapons cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules or assume responsibility for carrier delays, we are happy to assist customers in tracking shipments and helping resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, our team will gladly help investigate the shipment.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.
At this time, Ultimate Weapons does not offer direct international shipping through our website.
