Wholeseller Terms and Conditions

All New Wholesale request must read and accept Terms and Conditions to be approved for account.

1. Minimum Order Value
For any order to qualify for wholesale prices orders must be a minimum of $100.00 per order. Order under this amount will be considered a Retail purchase and will not be processed until order minimum is met.

2. How to place order.
Submit your order via our site at www.ultimateweapons.org
By the end of 2021 orders will only be accepted via our website under a wholesale account. 

3. MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Ultimate Weapons shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account holder chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to marie@ultimateweapons.org and will typically be granted on a case-by-case basis.

4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized wholesale accounts will apply for one of two rate levels. Out Ultimate Tier customer will purchase a minimum of $2500.00 or more every calender year to maintain tier rate of 45% off base listed retail.

Our Basic tier wholesale accounts will recieve 30% off base listed retail rates. If you are a new wholesale customer and you want to qualify for Ultimate tier pricing your 1st purchase must be $1000.00 or more. 

All wholesale accounts will recieve access to our FREE logo and branding program. We will apply your school or team logo to all items ordered under your wholesale account. Any wholesale account not using the logo program will have all items made featuring Ultimate Weapons logos and branding. 

5. Returns
Returns request must be made in writing directly to the shop within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Ultimate Weapons prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
We do not accept returns for any custom design or item with your LOGO except in the event of damage during transit or manufacture fault. All products, colors, grips, and designs are shown as a digital artistic rendering. Items my appear slightly different in person, returns are not accepted due to every item being custom made by hand. 
Please email us with details of the product prior to requesting a return.

6. Payments
Ultimate Weapons accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express)
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. Orders placed via email will be emailed a invoice with a paymrnt link. Order will not be processed or shipped until paid in full. We do not accept payment via phone calls at any time.

7. Net 30 Terms
We do not currently offer Net term options. All orders must be paid in full at the time of order.

8. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We offer many shipping options via our website. Ultimate Weapons provides a projecting shipping date by we do not provide or guarantee a delivery date. Any delays or timelines of delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier that you selected.

9. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Ultimate Weapons at sales@ultimateweapons.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damages caused by shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Ultimate Weapons. If your package is damaged or broken during shipping please notify us and we will be happy to remake the order, charges will apply. Customer must file insurance claims with the shipping provider to be reimbursed for the damaged or broken items.  Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

10. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.

11. Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.

12.  COVID

Due to long term impacts on a variety of industries including, manufacturers, vendors, shipping carriers, lumber industry...ect. Some items may become unavailable. To avoid a delay in our production Ultimate Weapons may/can/will occasionally make changes to our product lines such as colors, grips, supply chain vendors to ensure that we can fulfill orders in a timely manner. As we are a unique made to order custom provider no designs, colors, grips, products are guaranteed as always available.    

13. Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement
Warning: Use of Martial Arts weapons involves serious risks. Weapons are sold only for training (under expert supervision) for demonstration of forms, collection, or display. Inspect all weapons before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. If any unsafe condition is observed, do not use the weapon. Do not use weapons for sparring or contact. USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS OF INJURY. Wholesale accounts are only approved for Martial arts school/ dojo owners. All other wholesale applications will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
When you purchase any Merchandise from Ultimate Weapons, you represent that you are of legal age and that the Merchandise can be purchased and owned in your State, Country, and/or city of residence. By offering Merchandise for sale, Ultimate Weapons does not represent or warrant that any specific person may legally purchase, own, or possess the Merchandise ordered. Please check your local law. When you purchase Merchandise from Ultimate Weapons, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnity and hold Ultimate Weapons harmless from any and all claims brought to any person or entity against Ultimate Weapons related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise.
