Our Wholesale Program was created exclusively to support the martial arts community. We proudly partner with qualified martial arts schools, instructors, competition teams, and martial arts organizations that share our commitment to quality, professionalism, and helping students succeed.
Ultimate Weapons does not operate as a traditional wholesale distributor and does not offer wholesale accounts to retail stores, sporting goods retailers, online resellers, or businesses outside the martial arts industry.
By submitting a Wholesale Program application or placing an order through an approved wholesale account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ultimate Weapons reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke any wholesale account at any time.
Wholesale pricing applies to orders totaling $100.00 USD or more before shipping and applicable taxes.
Orders below the minimum purchase requirement will be processed using current retail pricing.

Ultimate Weapons currently offers two wholesale partnership levels.
Ultimate Weapons reserves the right to review purchasing history and adjust pricing tiers based on annual purchasing activity.
Wholesale accounts are intended for active martial arts schools, instructors, teams, and organizations.
Accounts with no wholesale purchases for 15 consecutive months may be deactivated at the discretion of Ultimate Weapons.
Deactivated accounts may lose:
Schools and organizations wishing to resume purchasing may request account reactivation. Approval will be based on the current Wholesale Program requirements.
Wholesale pricing is intended solely for the approved account and may not be transferred, shared, or used to purchase products for non-qualified third parties.
Ultimate Weapons reserves the right to suspend or revoke wholesale privileges for violations of this agreement.
To protect the value of the Ultimate Weapons brand and maintain fairness among our wholesale partners, approved accounts agree not to advertise or sell Ultimate Weapons products for more than 15% below the current MSRP without prior written approval.

Repeated violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of wholesale pricing.
Every approved wholesale account receives access to our complimentary branding program on qualifying products.
Ultimate Weapons also offers optional branding upgrades and private label services, including:
Some branding and design services require additional fees.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted logos, artwork, colors, names, engraving, and spelling before production begins.
By submitting artwork or logos, customers represent that they own or have permission to use those materials and authorize Ultimate Weapons to reproduce them solely for fulfilling their order.
Ultimate Weapons reserves the right to modify or discontinue branding programs or related services at any time.
Every Ultimate Weapons product is handcrafted to order.
Most wholesale orders are completed within 10–14 business days.
Larger orders, custom projects, seasonal demand, holidays, or material availability may require additional production time.
Production estimates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Payment in full is required before production begins.
Secure online payment is accepted through our website.
When applicable, orders placed outside the website will receive a secure electronic invoice before production.
Ultimate Weapons does not accept payment information over the phone and does not currently offer Net 30, purchase orders, or other credit terms unless approved in writing.
Shipping charges are calculated separately and are not included in product pricing.
Production estimates are separate from shipping transit times.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and transportation delays become the responsibility of the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Because nearly all Ultimate Weapons products are handcrafted specifically for each customer and frequently customized, personalized, engraved, branded, or manufactured to order, all wholesale sales are considered final once production begins.
Returns, exchanges, manufacturing defects, and shipping damage are governed by the Ultimate Weapons Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Order modifications or cancellations may only be possible before production has started.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submitting their order.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Any suspected manufacturing defect or shipping damage must be reported to sales@ultimateweapons.org within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Damage occurring during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and is governed by the Ultimate Weapons Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Ultimate Weapons will review all reported manufacturing defects and determine the appropriate resolution.
Ultimate Weapons continually improves its products and manufacturing processes.
We reserve the right to modify materials, colors, grips, hardware, components, and product specifications provided those changes do not materially affect the intended performance or function of the product.
Whenever practical, customers will be notified of significant changes affecting an active order.
Every Ultimate Weapons product is individually handcrafted.
Natural variations may occur in:

These variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted manufacturing and are not considered manufacturing defects.
All Ultimate Weapons logos, product designs, product photography, graphics, catalogs, website content, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Ultimate Weapons.
No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Customer-submitted logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling approved orders.
Ultimate Weapons currently ships only within the United States.
WARNING: Martial arts weapons involve inherent risks and should only be used by properly trained individuals under qualified instruction.
Ultimate Weapons products are intended for martial arts training, demonstrations, collection, and display unless specifically identified otherwise.
